| | We are looking for quotes for the development of a bolt on or stand alone software package that will merge patient information from a NHS database with standard template consent forms for sending to print. It will need to retrieve patient details from the NHS system, then from a database (including data from fields such as: "Procedure", "Benefits", "Risks" and "Other Procedure that might be necessary"). We will need to print out this fixed information combined with variable information from the database, including patient details, dates, consultants names etc. Patient security will be a high priority for this project.
