| | I apologise but I had no idea of where to file this request. Its a bit of an odd one. I also have no idea about costs so this will be a very vague submission.
My company will be carrying out a series of exhibitions in the Oxfordshire region. They will take place in Local halls in the Oxfordshire area. We have the exhibition stands, materials and staff to man the exhibitions but we are trying to find a company to build and dismantle the exhibition at the start and end of each day.
Bobex Control: Contacted 29/10/2007 - This business in the Thames Valley is looking for quotes from organisations who can set up and dismantle their exhibition around Oxfordshire (mainly the South of the County). There are 12 pop-up stands - tables and chairs will be provided by the halls and leaflets/booklet to be placed on the chairs. In total there will be 7 or 8 exhibitions setting up before 9:00 and taking done in all but one occasions around 5:00pm (The other exhibition will finish at 7:30pm). The exhibitions will all take place next April/May. The stands and leaflets will need storing between exhibitions.
